Advenser provided detailed precast shop drawings, reinforcement details, and machine files for a multi-storey residential building project. The scope covered 1,003 precast members, including lower-level basements and shear walls with varying elevations. Coordination of panels with elevated slabs posed challenges, which were effectively resolved using Tekla Structures to minimize errors and streamline alignment. Despite the building’s appearance of uniformity, each level featured unique panel designs, requiring meticulous detailing and coordination. Tekla’s advanced tools enabled precise modeling and accurate fabrication data, ensuring smooth execution and structural integrity throughout the project.
