FAQ

If I have a job to do, how do I send you the files and how do you deliver the completed files?
You can either attach the files to your email or if the file size is huge, you may use third party applications like dropbox.com. You can also share the files through our FTP. We can deliver the completed files through any of the mentioned methods too.
What is your pricing like?
Our hourly service charge rates mostly depend on the complexity of the project. We also have other business models such as Dedicated team, CAD studio and Retainer model. The rates for these are based on the required skillset of the CAD engineers involved.
What format of files do you accept?
We accept almost all types of CAD, PDF & image file formats.
How do I ensure my data security?
We sign a Non-disclosure agreement with all our clients prior to the commencement of the project and pledge against sharing their information to others. All employees sign an NDA with the company too at the time of joining. We utilize a Unified threat management (UTM) Firewall and data encryption to protect our data from spyware and virus. The server data is backed up at regular intervals.
Do you have an office in the US? Do I send the pay checks to that office?
Yes, we do have an office in the US. The address is: Advenser LLC, Five Neshaminy Interplex, STE 205 Trevose, PA 19053. Invoicing will be done from the US office and the payments need to be made to that office.
How can I be sure of your service quality?
We can provide you with samples of similar jobs from the past so that you can analyze our quality. We would be happy to do a pilot project of not more than 20 hours too.
What is the preferred means of communication? (Email, Phone, Skype, etc)
Official communication needs to be done by email in order to prevent miscommunication. Calling can be done using our phone or skype. Online meetings can be conducted through Skype or any other third party application of your choice.
What is the normal procedure you follow for CAD projects?
Clients provide us with the inputs and requirements via e-mail, FTP or as hard copies. We then review the requirements including expected delivery time, and contact the client for further clarifications, if any. We then submit a commercial proposal for the project based on the requirement analysis. Once the proposal is approved and a PO is release, we submit a detailed delivery schedule. Progress models are sent at regular intervals and periodic time sheets are sent based on the client’s preferences.  Changes are incorporated as per the feedback or comment from the client and sent back within the committed delivery time/schedule.
