What is the normal procedure you follow for CAD projects?

Clients provide us with the inputs and requirements via e-mail, ftp or as hard copies. We then review the requirements including expected delivery time, and contact client for further clarifications, if any. We then submit a commercial proposal for the project based on the requirement analysis. Once the proposal is approved and a PO is release, we submit a detailed delivery schedule. Progress models are sent at regular intervals and periodic time sheets are sent based on the client’s preferences.  Changes are incorporated as per the feedback or comment from the client and sent back within the committed delivery time/schedule.
