Profile Summary 

As a Business Development Engineer / Analyst, you will support the sales team in lead generation, client engagement, and market research. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Identify and research potential leads through calls, emails, networking, and LinkedIn.
  • Update and manage client data in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
  • Support sales team with scheduling, coordination, and client follow-ups.
  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

  • B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ability to work independently and in teams.
