Facade Detailing Case Study – University Building Project, USA

The Applied Sciences building at Tarleton State University is part of the institution's strategic expansion, supporting its unprecedented growth and designed to enhance the university's educational infrastructure Advenser’s role in this project involved creating detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD. The façade system included captured and structural glazed curtainwall, storefront systems, as well as heavy and insulclad doors, providing both functionality and durability. The project presented several coordination challenges, including varying system depths and multiple glass types. Additionally, the multi-storied structure required precise coordination of connected frames across different levels. Advenser’s team worked through these complexities, ensuring that every detail was accurately represented in the shop drawings, contributing to the seamless execution of the building’s façade.
