Architectural BIM Case Study – Residential Building, USA

Willow Creek is a Residential building with approx..6,000 s.f. with total on 3 levels including a 3000 s.f. Garage. Our scope of work was to create a Revit Model from the Point Cloud as per the BIM Forum Level of Development (LOD). – Interior in LOD 200 and Exterior in LOD 300. The Model has been delivered in Industry Standard RVT Format. The Revit Model included Walls, Floors, Columns, Ceilings, Exposed beams, Roofs, Doors, Windows, Stairs, Railing, Plumbing fixtures, Light fixtures, Electrical Outlets.
