MEP BIM Case Study – Police Station Building Project, USA

The Upper Dublin project is involved in modeling and coordination of plumbing systems for a police building in the new Upper Dublin Township, Pennsylvania.The scope of work required Advenser to create 3D model of all plumbing services, carry out coordination with architecture, structure and other services, place pipe supports and create shop drawing as per client requirement.Advenser created models and drawings adhering to plumbing codes based on the design drawings. The project deliverables included 3D model, shop drawing and .NWD file ensuring flexibility for review, modification, and implementation.
