MEP BIM Case Study – Muilt-Storey Mixed-use Building Project, Cayman Islands

Advenser provided Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing modelling, coordination, and shop drawing services for 90 Nexus, a 10-floor mixed-use building with a roof, developed by Dart in the Cayman Islands. The project had a tight schedule, requiring efficient delivery based on the initial inputs. Later, equipment submittals revealed size differences from the equipment initially placed. As construction had already commenced, adjustments were made without altering sleeve locations, ensuring alignment with on-site progress.
