The 215,000-square-foot historic West Palm Beach-inspired hotel will rise five stories with 201 guest rooms and include a spacious parking garage.Our scope was to update the Structural Model and verify all structure against the drawings and verify that the walls and columns go to floors and foundations. You will need to verify all slab depressions as well.Structural components included slabs, masonry walls, foundations, columns, beams, structural steel members, piers, bearing and shear walls and tilt wall.
