MEP BIM Case Study – Water Treatment Facility Project, USA

Advenser provided end-to-end MEP services for a water treatment plant project for Total Energy Management. Our scope included Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Process pipe 3D modelling, coordination, shop drawings, and spool drawings for process pipes. As the sole MEP provider, we conducted weekly coordination meetings involving multiple stakeholders. The project involved modeling and placing large equipment and tanks based on approved submittals and delivering precise spool drawings for process piping.
