Modera McGavock is a 29-story high-rise apartment community located in the vibrant South Gulch neighborhood, offering modern living spaces with panoramic city views. Advenser’s role in this project involved the creation of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD. The façade system included ultra-thermal curtainwall and storefront systems, along with thermal and non-thermal doors, thermal sliding doors, and terrace doors to ensure optimal performance and durability. The project featured numerous angled and interconnected frames, creating coordination complexities. With a large volume of components, precision in the drawings was essential to meet the design requirements.
