RSF Berkley Hospital & MOB Expansion adding 200,000 square feet of new or renovated space to the existing 116,000-square-foot facility, significantly enhancing its healthcare services. Advenser’s involvement in this expansion project included the creation of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD. The design featured impact-resistant curtainwall and storefront systems, meeting Level D and E missile requirements for standard hurricane applications. The scope also covered impact-resistant doors and terrace doors, ensuring the building’s resilience in high-wind conditions. The project required managing a large quantity of components, which presented coordination challenges. However, with effective collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, Advenser ensured smooth execution, delivering accurate drawings that aligned with the stringent safety and design requirements for this critical healthcare expansion.
