Steel Detailing Case Study – Fitness Centre, USA

LAF Pompano is a fitness club with 2 stories covering an area of 57000 sq.ft. The requirement was to model steel elements and Advenser created models and drawings as per AISC, AWS & OSHA requirements. The scope of work required Advenser to model steel elements (main structural steel, precast panel connections and misc. steel) using Tekla Structures and to extract the drawings and reports to facilitate the construction of steel structure. Advenser created models and drawings as per AISC, AWS & OSHA requirements based on structural and architectural design drawings. The project deliverables included erection drawings, Fabrication drawings, Single-part drawings. Advenser also generated reports— ABM, B.O.M, NC file, FabTrol KISS file, Bolt list, Stud list & dxf.
