Facade Detailing Case Study – Energy Plant Project, USA

The Fontaine Central Energy Plant, an approximately 19,000-square-foot building to provide thermal utilities to buildings within the Fontaine Research Park playing a key role in supporting the university's infrastructure. Advenser’s involvement included the creation of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD. The façade system utilized structural glazed curtainwall, thermal storefront, and doors, designed to meet the building’s functional and aesthetic needs. This project offered a unique opportunity to work within the industrial building category, which provided a different set of design compared to traditional commercial or residential projects. Advenser worked diligently to deliver high-quality, precise drawings that met the project’s specifications.
