MEP BIM Case Study – Defense and Security Building Project, USA

The Rebuild Sector/Station Key West Project is a critical infrastructure initiative focused on the renovation and reconstruction of the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Sector/Station Key West in Key West, Florida. The project scope required Advenser to provide comprehensive modeling and coordination for the mechanical, Electrical and plumbing systems, utilizing Revit 2020. This process involved developing accurate models, coordination and performing detailed clash detection to ensure seamless integration with the architectural, structural, and other building services across the facility. Advenser delivered fully coordinated MEP models and detailed shop drawings by leveraging the provided architectural and structural 3D models, ensuring the designs adhered to industry standards and met the specific requirements of the U.S. Coast Guard. The project deliverables were provided in various formats, including .RVT, .PDF, .DWG, and .NWD files, offering flexibility for review, modification, and implementation.
