MEP BIM Case Study – Data Center Project, Sweden

Advenser provided comprehensive MEP services for the Microsoft GVX12 data center project in Sweden, executed for Priority Engineering, UK.Our scope included creating an LOD 400 model, spools, BOM, shop drawings, as-built documentation, and skids. The mechanical room posed significant challenges due to space constraints, requiring careful coordination and rearrangement of skids. The prefab steel-structured roof necessitated adding secondary metal supports for hangers, while refrigerant trays were rerouted in compliance with manufacturer standards.
