Profile Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to drive organic growth, brand visibility, and lead generation for B2B services. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in on-page SEO, AI-driven search optimization, and performance marketing, along with the ability to independently create and optimize high-quality content. The candidate should be analytical, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively across marketing and technical teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings, traffic, and lead conversions. 
  • Develop, optimize, and manage SEO-driven content including service pages, blogs, landing pages, and website copy. 
  • Optimize content and web pages for AI-driven search, including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), semantic SEO, and generative search visibility. 
  • Conduct keyword research aligned with B2B buyer intent and search behaviour.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with web development teams for implementation. 
  • Implement internal linking strategies, schema markup, metadata optimization, and content improvements. 
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and campaign performance to improve ROI. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to execute integrated digital marketing initiatives. 

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). 
  • Hands-on experience in on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization. 
  • Ability to independently write, structure, and optimize SEO-focused content.
  • Experience with AI-driven search optimization and generative search strategies. 
  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, and conversion tracking. 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and B2B digital marketing strategies. 
  • Knowledge of WordPress website management and content publishing. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. 
  • WordPress, PPC, and Content Writing. 
  • Experience in AEC, BIM, or technical service industries will be an added advantage. 
  • Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
  • Exposure to marketing automation platforms and AI-based marketing tools.

  •  B.Tech, MBA, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
