Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BIM-based project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Supervise and support the MEP BIM team by providing training, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand BIM requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Implement and maintain quality control processes in compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and industry standards
Stay updated on BIM trends and tools, evaluating new technologies and fostering continuous learning within the team

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
8–10 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software
Team player with strong communication skills in English
Proactive in collaborating with managers and leads to achieve specified work targets
