BIM Engineer – MEP

Profile Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to develop accurate 3D models for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The candidate should manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D MEP models using Revit and/or Fabrication CAD MEP.
• Generate shop drawings, spool drawings, equipment schedules, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with other trade services and participate in design review meetings.
• Maintain modelling standards and mentor junior engineers when required.

Skills and Qualification

• Technical: Revit MEP or Fabrication CAD MEP, Navisworks, HVAC/plumbing/fire protection knowledge, BIM standards.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and time management.
• Diploma (3yr) or B Tech (Mechanical)
