We employ the universally accepted Best Project Practice (BPP) process for project management which will be active from the inception stage to the closure of the project. Accepting a general framework of the system, we have conditioned and customized it to suit our unique processes and standards based on our industry experience.
We devise a unique approach and method for each project optimized to their requirements. Even a repeat project from the same client goes through a unique set of processes and workflows depending on the nature of the job.
Once we receive an RFQ (Request For Quote) from a potential client, we request them for the complete set of information covering a detailed scope of work and the required set of input files. File sharing is done using our FTP or third party applications. The designated team then conducts a thorough feasibility study of the project. Advenser recommends the most optimum business model based on the nature of the job in discussion. A value proposition is along with a delivery schedule is submitted to the client based on the hours estimated to complete the project. On acceptance of the commercial proposal, the client issues a Purchase order to Advenser after which a Project Manager is assigned to the client. Communication with the client is carried out over telephone, email, skype or any other specific third party application utilized by the client. Monthly invoices are sent out by the end of the month based on the hours utilized for the project.
For every client, we assign a Project Manager who will function as the point of contact for the project. The Project Manager will be responsible for all communication, issue tracking and escalations of project related matters. The Project Manager holds the kick-off meeting at the project initiation phase and assigns the team consisting of Team Lead and/or Project Lead and CAD engineers. Dependencies are mapped and milestones identified. A micro-level work plan is prepared and the detailed project schedule is submitted to the client for approval. File sharing and RFI exchange on project matters are performed by the Project Lead. Periodic meetings are held with the client and within the team as required by the project. Progress models and custom reports are delivered as requested by the client.
Advenser is dedicated to delivering excellent quality work in all the engineering services offered. Our adherence to quality standards reinforces the faith of our existing and wins prospective clients. We have a dedicated Quality Analyst for each of our engineering departments who possesses extensive experience in their respective domain. This dedicated team member overseas and monitors the processes being followed by their team members. The first stage of the process comprises a self QC and peer QC as well, followed by QC by the designated Quality Analyst. The final QC is performed by the Project Manager. The Project Manager also makes sure that the quality system is understood, implemented and maintained by every team member.
