The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for both the execution and coordination of digital marketing activities, reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role involves managing SEO, social media, paid ads, content marketing, and website performance while ensuring smooth client communication and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication to guide the team and deliver results efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize websites, primarily WordPress, while also making basic HTML and CSS edits for non-WordPress sites as needed.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to track progress and report updates to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns and digital projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:
- B.Tech / MCA / MBA /Bachelor’s in Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years in digital marketing, including SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and website management.
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and WordPress management.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML & CSS for minor edits on WordPress and non-WordPress sites.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Ability to train and mentor team members, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns.
