Advenser is looking for an Accounts Executive with five plus years of relevant work experience who can take responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company. Prepares financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability. Drafts budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
- Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
- Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
- Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
- Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
- Drafting procurement processes and signing off on purchase orders.
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
- Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
- Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5 plus years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of banking related to export or import.
- Proficiency in accounting softwares like QuickBooks or Zoho.
- Knowledge in FOREX entry posting and Customs clearance.
- Experienced in SEZ monthy and yearly filing.
- Experienced in GSTR and GSTR 3B workings, Annual return and GST refund process.
- Knowledge upto finalization of books.
- Experienced in TDS return preparation and filing, return revision.
- Strong knowledge in DTA invoicing.
- Lesioning with the banks, Government offices etc.
- Experienced in EDPMS Clearing.
- Coordination with the audit teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
