Advenser is looking for an Accounts Executive with two-plus years of relevant work experience. An ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding and knowledge of QuickBooks or Zoho.
The candidate must be experienced in GSTR, and GSTR 3B workings, Annual return, and also should have a strong knowledge up to finalization of books.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
- Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2 to 3 years of work experience as an Accounts Executive.
- Solid understanding up to finalization of books.
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or Zoho.
- Experienced in GSTR and GSTR 3B workings, Annual return.
- Lesioning with the banks, Government offices etc.
- Coordination with the audit teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
