Experience: 2 to 3 years

Qualification: B. Tech/ Dip in Civil Engineering

Area of Expertise: CAD & Revit modelling & knowledge in BIM

Job Description:

• Developing BIM models for architectural and structural services from design drawings and coordinating between all services.
• Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing.
• Preparation of construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per superior’s advice.
• Preparation of as built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups with as built comments.
• Work in a team of modelers and detailers for architectural and structural BIM projects.
• Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
• Assisting Team Lead in various tasks.
