Scope of Work
Advenser provided the following services:
3D Modeling of seismic hangers and their associated components
Modeling high-quality geometry that complies with the client requirements and standards.
Incorporating metadata for each component within its scope.
Ensuring metadata visibility in the schedule generated during the preparation of the BOQ.
Challenges
After we had completely 3D modelled the components and assembly, the client asked us to incorporate additional metadata, such as catalog number, operational and maintenance manuals, material specifications, and Universal Product Code (UPC) values, to help them carefully evaluate the product before purchase and delivery. However, it was challenging to add additional data after finished the modeling was done.
