Advenser is managed by some of the experts in the area of Engineering & Technology. The profiles of the top four key people are as follows:

• Mathewson Karimthuruthel – Managing Director

  Mathewson Karimthuruthel (Mat) is responsible for the general administration and strategic planning of the company. Mat returned to India in 2006 after completion of education and working experience of about 12 years in the U.S. and founded Advenser in 2007 along with four others. He has over 18 years of consolidated experience in Engineering, IT, BPO, and KPO sectors. He holds B Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India and MBA from University of Nevada, Reno, USA.

• Cinu. P. Thomas- Director

  Cinu. P. Thomas is primarily responsible for providing strategic planning for Advenser. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of InterCAD Systems Pvt. Ltd, a company specialized in CAD / Engineering / Graphics software distribution and training. A man with a clear vision and having more than 18 years experience in the field, he lends his valuable expertise to Advenser both in technical and marketing front. Cinu is a strong advocate of strategic planning with solid multi-tasking skills, which is the buzz word in today’s corporate world. A post graduate in Structural Engineering, Cinu established himself in the CAD market through his proprietary companies – CADDSOFT Solutions and CAD Design Systems. With his sole leadership drive he established many branches in Kerala and Tamil-Nadu and also made the company’s presence felt in Middle East by starting an office at Dubai in 2007. .

• Biju Mattamana, PMP – Director of Marketing

  Biju Mattamana heads the Business Development activities of Advenser. Biju is having more than 20 years of International exposure in Engineering, IT, BPO/KPO sectors, which includes over 13 years in the USA and 7 years in India . Biju holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from the USA . Moreover, Biju is a certified PMP from Project Management Institute.

• John Varghese – Director

  John Varghese is primarily responsible for Advenser’s overall operational planning and management. John’s academic background includes – B-tech in Chemical Engineering. He is a US Green Card holder with over 33 years of consolidated experience in Engineering, Marketing, BPO, and especially Operational Management sectors. He has served in US and many European Countries.

• Harikrishnan. K – General Manager

  Harikrishnan. K (Hari) is responsible for operational management, project feasibility studies and business development. Hari, one of the co-founder of Advenser holds B-tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Calicut, Kerala, India with specialization in CADD from Kochi University of Science and Technology, Kerala, India. He has over 14 years of consolidated experience in Engineering, IT, KPO, Project Management, Business Development, and Operational Management sectors.
