Introduction

This resort villa is situated in Hawaii, for which the client had a requirement for the creation of BIM Model with a Level of Detailing of LOD 300 for six floors, approximately covering 1 million sq. ft., including the main building and two parking garages.

Our scope of work

Advenser’s architectural and structural team executed the BIM project in Revit. Inputs from the client team included construction document set in CAD and pdf formats. Team Advenser delivered architectural and structural model for coordination and 4D simulation purpose. Revit suite was used for modeling as well as for clash detection and resolution. Autodesk BIM 360 Glue was used for all project communication and file sharing among all parties involved in the project.

Business Model Adopted

KOR VILLAS LOT 3 is a resort project involving Architectural & Structural BIM Modeling Services from Advenser. A team size of 6 was engaged in around 1 month to complete the project in an hourly billing business model.
